At Harney & Sons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tea experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unopened tea products and tea ware within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and include a copy of your original invoice inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Millerton, NY warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
